Ed1 touched on it on the United site in regards to bailly but if you have time in , how does it work ?

I've always wondered how much input a manager gets , is he building a squad or is it more a case of him coaching the players the club buys .
If you have time it would be much appreciated

That would be an interesting and hugely frustrating way to make Fifa/ Football Manager etc more realistic
