Hi eds,

Just wondering what happened with Sarri and Napoli. I get that Sarri's made some comments in the past (although it doesn't seem to have been brought up against him in Italy) and the Napoli owner is difficult to work with, but why was Sarri forced out? He made Napoli competitive again playing some attractive football although they did choke at the final stage so it just seemed a bit strange they would push him out and appoint Ancelotti.

{Ed002's Note - They could not agree a new deal and something needed to be done this month.}

Ed, what is your view on Sarri - purely from a coaching perspective?

{Ed001's Note - he is a very good coach, plays good football, but he lacks the trophies he needs to win to prove himself as a top level coach.}

Cheers Ed, big part of me thinks his appointment would be a good thing for Chelsea, however there is a small part of me that sees this appointment in a similar way to when they appointed Scolari - that didn't go so well.

I believe the Zenit offer remains 'on the table', not buying all the press reports that his move to Chelsea is all but done - they're already getting a lot of their 'facts' wrong.

{Ed001's Note - they are making assumptions as usual.}
