Ed002, would it be possible to ask about Lazio's transfer plans this summer?

{Ed002's Note - BEING CONSIDERED:
Noussair Mazraoui (RB)
Aaron Hickey (LB) Celtic may look to take AH back from Hearts but Lazio will push to see if they can perhaps include the loan of a youngster or two in a deal. Crystal Palace may offer and option. Southampton, Manchester City, Everton and Newcastle have shown some interest by watching him.
Marash Kumbulla (CB) approaches have been made to Verona by Lazio and Inter. Bayern Munich have watched him on several occasions. Premier League clubs including Chelsea and Manchester Unitred have been looking at him but there is no plan for the player to leave Italy at this point in time according to his representative. Inter have put together a package that includes other players.
Gabriel Magalhaes (CB) Lille didn't want to sell in January although Arsenal pushed - the player has signed a new contract, but Arsenal could look to him in again the summer if they do not sign Mari - else they are overrun with CBs. Lazio have made their interest known as the seek a replacement for Luiz Felipe (CB) but he is not their first choice - although their first choice may well be heading elsewhere. Napoli know that they may lose Kalidou Koulibaly (CB) in the summer and have an interest in the player. Southampton and Everton have both sent scouts to watch the player with Everton notifying Lille that they are very interested in taking the player in the summer – but there has been no “done deal” as many of the Everton fans think. Chelsea and Spurs have both looked and Chelsea fans have, like the Everton fans, convinced themselves a deal has already been done and that has led to abuse on the site. In reality, he is not be top of the list of replacements if one of the existing CBs leave (which is actually possible) although Chelsea have accepted that their two preferred choices are very probably not achievable. Spurs have a bigger problem in that they have an aging defensive squad supplemented by players who are only perhaps borderline good enough. Spurs have other options they are looking at but could prioritise Magalhaes. Prior interest of PSG was thought to have gone but with their financial issues limiting their ability to spend without sales - but it may just be back. Real Madrid have half a dozen CBs ahead of Gabriel Magahaes but they are all too expensive so he becomes an option.
Marko Grujic (CM) talking to his agent.
Dominik Szoboszlai (LM/CM) is the first choice Sergej Milinkovic-Savic replacement for Lazio since the summer of 2019. Lazio have a declared interest and at the right price RBS could take the money. Milan have spoken with his agent and it is likely Ralf Rangnick will look to take him to Milan with him - but RBS will not be happy. Milan has serious financial issues and the club may not be as keen as the new coach. Inter have spoken with RBS but have other priorities and will step away. Juventus interest dates back before Sarri took over as coach and Arsenal interest was from a scout the club fired and a previous coach. Chelsea were interested when he was younger but could not offer him regular game time now. The likes of Dortmund and Fiorentina have scouted him but it has gone no further just yet.
Pedro (RW/AM) Free Agent in the summer - won't be interested in a move to Aston Villa. Barcelona is his preferred destination, but they prefer Willian. Lazio and Crystal Palace have enquired but the interest of Roma might be the most successful.
Mario Goetze (AM/F)
Keita Balde Diao (F)
Memphis Depay (F) In 2019 Depay said “I want a new transfer to a top club this summer. Lyon is a big club but it’s not one of the five best in Europe, I want to go to a club like Real Madrid, Barcelona, Chelsea, Manchester City, Paris Saint-Germain or Bayern Munich. I want to go to a club which suits me. To a team which really wants to play football. I’m not even half-way through what I want to achieve.” All incredibly immature and disrespectful. Milan and Lazio are possible destinations.
Olivier Giroud (S) offers from Lazio, Inter Milan and Spurs and talks with Crystal Palace, Lyon, West Ham, Bordeaux, Lokomotiv Moscow and Atletico Madrid - wife will need to be part of the decision process. I would scratch it.
Jonathan David (AM/S/W) Gent youngster who has attracted plenty of scouts to watch him this season including those representing Wolves, Bayern Munich, Aston Villa, Southampton, Spurs, Liverpool, Chelsea, Borussia Dortmund, Lyon, RBS, Lille, Everton, RBL, Arsenal, Leicester and Lazio. Lyon are looking for a replacement for Moussa Dembele and RBL who are looking for a replacement for Timo Werner have both spoken with Genk who are open to the Canadian leaving at the right price. At the start of the season Napoli and Brighton attended matches to watch Roman Yaremchuk but were apparenty were also impressed by the performance and versatility of David. The player has said he would be open to a move to Germany or England but Germany is the preferred destination and a decent offer from Bayern Munich would be welcomed, but an offer from Bayer Leverkusen if Havertz leaves is more likely. Both MIlan sides, Dortmund and Bayern Munich will push and Real Betis will push and offer guarantees that others won't. Ajax may just put an attractive cash offer on the table.

OUTBOUND PERHAPS:
Luiz Felipe (CB) Milan have asked for talks - Inter, Manchester City and Juventus are also interested and have funds available. Money is driving Barcelona to look to alternate options and LF may well become the well-priced first choice target - but Lazio will resist a sale if they can.
Sergej Milinkovic-Savic (CM) Manchester United has not shown any interest in Milinkovic-Savic this season and have been difficult with Pogba and his agent in looking to leave - and that never looks good in the eyes of players or agents. Juventus are looking at other options, but he remains on the list. The player will be offered to PSG but there are issues holding up commitments from them at this time although they might push with a better offer than the one that was rejected. Right now, it seems unlikely and the price would be about €100M to Manchester United. Lazio have a replacement in mind but could lose him elsewhere. Real Madrid see him as the preferred option to Pogba - where interest is waning as Manchester United are stuck in the "stupid" cycle. Manchester City see him as an option to their preferred choice but could well turn to him. Every chance he will stay where he is unless he is available at a reasonable price or PSG decide to push for him before addressing their management issue.
Joaquin Correa (AM/F) MIlan have been keen on the player but Lazio want around €70M to help with their rebuild - and Milan won't be able to afford that.
Ciro Immobile (S) Lazio are open to let the player move on as his value will decrease now that he is in his 30s. In the recent past he has turned down moves to Milan and Chelsea simply because, as he said, being in Rome was the first time he had settled in his career and he wishes to stay. Time has now come, and Lazio will sell, but at a price. They are asking €50M - hard to see them getting that.
