Ed002, are there any plans for Viktor Tsygankov of Dinimo Kiev to move to one of the bigger leagues in Europe this summer? He's a cracking player and in my opinion could be a great and cheaper alternative for sides looking at players such as Jadon Sancho, Ferran Torres and Federico Chiesa. Cheers.

Great, thanks. How do you rate him as a player? He's torn up the Ukrainian league, but how that translates to one of the "big" five European leagues remains to be seen.
