I've checked for the latest on Belotti and your explanation said about Barcelona, Arsenal, Spurs and Inter all being interested. Since a bit has happened since April. I was wondering if anything had changed especially now considering he is a free agent?

As a Free Agent he provides a potentially viable addition for Spurs, Arsenal or Roma but I suspect the interest of Fiorentina could win out unless something were to happen with Milan.
