would this change if united were to get top 4 this season ed or win the Europa as in pogba running his contract down, would he then want to stay or is it a case of either sell or lose him on a free.

Not being funny but he could concentrate on football, get himself fit and play for Utd and honour the contact both and his agent negotiated. Unless someone comes in with a bid that matches the clubâ€™s valuation I really donâ€™t see what the issue is?

I know you have previously stated that Saul could be made available for the right price, however are there currently any serious takers? I know you have mentioned United do have interest, but would you expect them to bid on the player?

Might be a stupid question Ed but what does a club really gain long term from holding a player against his will
It must dishearten the individual and the team massively I know he signed a contract
Do you see a change in the law about blocking moves away it seems a bit out dated.

Of the Italian sides, Inter and Juventus are both very keen and both have creative solutions in mind. Milan, Roma and Napoli would struggle to justify the asking price with Milan looking at two viable alternatives. Chelsea's interest went when they secured Pulisic.
